Brüssel Wird Fit Gemacht

Die Gesetze, Regeln und Empfehlungen aus Brüssel betreffen alle europäischen Bürger. Dank einer gelungenen Aktion unterstützen wir nun die Fitness der EU-Bürokraten an ihrem Arbeitsplatz. Übungs- und Trainingsanleitungen von einem unserer Personal Trainer sind nun auf ihren Computern. Die General Direktion für Gesundheit und Verbraucherschutz der Europäischen Kommission beauftragte EHFA für sie ein Video mit Fitnessübungen zu erstellen. Über das Intranet können die Angestellten in der Pause am Schreibtisch und im Büro Lockerungs- sowie leichte Trainingseinheiten absolvieren. Das Training stellte sich schon eingangs als sehr beliebt heraus – mit allein 10.000 eingeloggten Kommissionsbeamten, die sich das Promotionvideo ansahen und leichte Übungen mitmachten.
