Continuing Professional Development

EREPS members know that they need to keep their skills and knowledge up to date – because they are professionals. Guidance is given on the EREPS website to what is expected, but this will all be reviewed over the next year to build a programme that will fully embrace the concept of lifelong learning. We will want to consult with EREPS members about this as it is developed and then full information will be given in 2010.

In the meantime, EREPS members should keep a simple record of any training that they are doing, related reading, attending conferences and so on.
