A Short Update
The European Health & Fitness Association

The European Health and Fitness Association (EHFA), is the primary representative body of the European health and fitness industry, and has expanded its membership so it now represents over 9,000 fitness centers, and covers 23 different countries.

In addition, three National Associations have recently added their support to the mission to persuade the European Commission to invest in getting more people, more active, more often.

The largest German Fitness Employers Association, DSSV, has joined EHFA as a member, together with ILAM, the Irish Association and PZFW, the sector association from Poland.

The 'new' EHFA, is based in Brussels, and has been operating for just over two years. The recent growth in membership and support enforces the association's position as the largest fitness association in Europe and one of the largest in the world. EREPS is an important part of the operation of EHFA.
